Saint DX ‘Regrets’

01/12/2017

Former member of Apes & Horses, Aurélien Hamm aka Saint DX has joined hip French label Cracki Records (Agar Agar, Ménage À Trois).

Saint DX – a reference to the Yamaha Dx7 synthesiser and the FM synthesis that flows through the music and spirit of the 80s-90s – develops a direct, emotional and immersive music that speaks to the nostalgic imagination of a generation who grew up listening to Eric Serra‘s soundtracks (for Luc Besson films like The Fifth Element and The Big Blue), Sade and Ryuichi Sakamoto‘s records.

His first track ‘Regrets‘ alternates between synthesiser and saxophone, French and English.
