Laura Perrudin ‘Poisons & Antidotes’

03/11/2017

Lauded in 2015 by Le Monde, the BBC, FiP Radio and Les Inrocks for her first album Impressions, French singer/harpist/composer Laura Perrudin is back flirting with electronica, neo-soul and experimental folk with her unique harp, her vocal experimentation and an arsenal of laptop effects for her new album Poisons & Antidotes. Her mission is to open up the possibilities of the harp to a richer harmonic language.

Perrudin released Poisons & Antidotes on her own label, Volatine, and it was mastered by Björk’s producer Valgeir Sigurðsson at Greenhouse Studio in Reykjavik.

She will appear at the London Jazz Festival, Barbican free stage on 19th November.
